"We really liked the apartment and location, and had a great time in LIsbon. However, the plumbing needed some maintenance. Both shower and bath drained very slowly and we were asked not to use the shower after two days after it leaked through the ceiling to the floor below. Also the shower control was not properly attached making it very difficult to use. It was missing a screw which meant it kept falling into the shower base. We never quite worked out the difference between 'Waytostay' and 'Feels Like Home' and at times seemed to get contradictory messages from these two organisations."
