"Dit is een fijn, centraal gelegen appartement op de derde verdieping met lift. De buurt zelf heeft niet zoveel te bieden maar door de centrale ligging is dat geen probleem. De eigenaar heeft erg veel persoonlijke spullen het appartement waardoor de ruimte beperkt is. Het sanitair is zeer matig (spoelfunctie toilet) en de afvoer van het bad/douche lekt. Het is wel lekker stil, geen doorgaande weg en geen metrogeluiden."
