A few words about the apartment…

Spacious and bright 35sqm studio located on the fifth floor with elevator (halfway up) with kitchenette, living area and separate sleeping area.

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in a sober Parisian building with wooden structures, this charming apartment opens up directly onto the living area, completely covered in terracotta with two windows at the bottom with double glazing that overlook the street. Entering on the left is the well equipped kitchenette, which has a stone top. In front of the hob there is a wooden table with chairs.

The living room has a sofa with two armchairs and a piece of furniture, a TV and various furnishings; a curtain separates the living area from that night. The latter is furnished with a double bed (160cm), a hexagonal console and mirrored built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is en suite with a bath, sink and a separate toilet. The washing machine is placed in a closet adjacent to the apartment in a room set up on the landing.

The nearest parking is Parking Indigo Saint-Germain-des-Prés at 54 rue Jacob, 75006 PARIS.
