A few words about the apartment…

The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). Access is from the lower floor, where there is a hallway and a small bathroom. On the left, under the staircase, you enter the small compartment containing the washing machine.

Going up the stairs you reach the upper floor where a small balcony connects with the other rooms of the house. On the left is the bedroom with a French double bed (140 cm), a wooden piece of furniture with a TV and a vintage kneeler. Going out, on the left, there is a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Continuing the dining room, furnished with a comfortable beige armchair, two joinable semi-circular tables, a round table and 4 chairs.
At the end of the room, on the right, a recess leads into the kitchen, which has stone shelves, a window that ensures ventilation and a wonderful stained-glass window by Luigi Filippo that overlooks the front balcony.

From the dining room, going down two steps, you enter the living room, composed of a sofa bed (120 cm), two armchairs, a desk, a wooden wardrobe with painted doors, a marble fireplace and, in the corner, a holy water stoup in gray marble from the 1600s. The window has external shutters and overlooks the internal courtyard of the building.

The apartment is located in Saint Germain des Prés, a refined district between the 6th arrondissement and the 7th arrondissement which, together with the Latin Quarter, represents the heart of the Left Bank.

Developed along the two arteries of Boulevard St Germain and Boulevard St Michel, the district is a meeting place for artists and writers, as well as satisfying the palates of shopping enthusiasts: Place St Sulpice, south of St Germain, is the perfect area for an aperitif, while rue St-André-des-Arts, rue de Seine, rue du Four, rue de Sèvres and the rue du Bac itself host the largest selection of boutiques, restaurants and high-fashion shops in the center.
In the rue du Bac is the Bon Marché department store, one of the oldest shopping malls in the world and, without a doubt, the most important in Paris.

Public transport
The nearest metro is RUE DU BAC (line 12) or SEVRES BABYLONE (line 10 and 12).

The nearest parking is 'Saemes' about 250 meters away, at Rue Velpeau 75007.

The standard check-in time is from 15:00 and the check-out by 11:00.
Arrivals and departures outside this standard time are always tried to be accommodated on request.
